Add 1/2 to 1 cup of the bath soak blend to your warm bath and soak for about 20 minutes. You can also use this blend for a foot soak or mix it with oil to create a rejuvenating body scrub.
If you prefer showers, sprinkle some of the bath soak blend on the floor and let the steam work its magic. Ensure the water is comfortably warm, and consult your doctor if you have any health concerns.
For heart patients, it's essential to follow your physician's advice before taking baths containing magnesium.
